Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every website, platform, software license, subscription and service you order from One Tera Solutions Company ("One Tera", "we"), whether online, by WhatsApp, by email or at our office. By placing an order or paying, you accept them.

1. Our services

We design and develop websites, online stores, mobile apps and custom web applications; we sell ready-made platforms and software licenses; and we provide hosting, domains, POS rental and maintenance contracts. The scope of each project is what we agree in writing (quotation, invoice, WhatsApp or email).

2. Orders and quotations

Quotations are valid for 14 days unless they state otherwise. Work starts after we receive the agreed payment or deposit and the content we need from you (texts, images, logos, access details). Delays in receiving content move the delivery date by the same period.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD).
• Online payments are processed by PayPal. Because PayPal does not support KD, the amount is converted to the currency shown at checkout before you pay, using the rate displayed there.
• We may change prices at any time; the price confirmed in your order is the one you pay.
• Yearly subscriptions (website, hosting, domain, SSL, email, maintenance) are paid in advance.

4. Delivery

Digital licenses and download links are sent by email and shown on your order page, normally within one business day after payment. Projects are delivered on the dates agreed for each project. For custom web applications we provide a proof of concept for your review before the final delivery.

5. Software and platform licenses

• A license gives you the right to use the software; it does not transfer ownership of the software or its source code unless a source code license is purchased.
• Single-site licenses may be used on one domain only. Licenses are personal to the buyer and may not be resold, shared or sublicensed, except under a white-label / reseller license.
• You may not remove license checks or copyright notices, or reverse-engineer the software beyond what the law allows.
• Third-party products sold in our store (antivirus, Microsoft Office, Windows and similar) are also subject to the publisher’s own license terms.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you publish, for having the rights to the texts, images and trademarks you send us, for keeping your passwords safe, and for using our services lawfully and in line with the laws of the State of Kuwait.

7. Hosting, domains and renewals

Hosted services run for the subscription period you paid for. Please renew 7 to 15 days before the renewal date. If a subscription is not renewed, the service may be suspended and, after a grace period, the website and its data may be permanently deleted. Domains are registered in your name where the registry allows it.

8. Support and maintenance

Technical support is included while your contract or subscription is active. Changes outside the agreed scope, new features and content management are quoted separately.

9. Intellectual property

After full payment, the designs and content created specifically for you under a custom project belong to you. Our platforms, frameworks, code libraries and know-how remain our property, and we may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

10. Limitation of liability

We take care to deliver reliable work, but we do not guarantee that any service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data. Keep your own backups of important data.

11. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

12. Privacy

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction over any dispute. We will always try to resolve a disagreement with you directly first.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
